Content Library.
A shared, reusable registry
The Content Library is a single place to keep the assets you reuse across deals, so you are not re-finding the same deck or case study every time you build a room. It is shared across all rooms in the workspace.
Organized by content type
Assets are organized by content type so the right one is easy to find:
- Case studies
- Decks & slides
- Videos
- Demos
- One-pagers
- Proposal templates
- Security docs
- Other
Sources and metadata
Each asset can come from one of three sources:
- A web URL link.
- A Google Drive file.
- A Google Drive folder.
Every asset carries a title, a type, tags, an optional description, and a thumbnail. Thumbnails are resolved automatically — from a Drive preview, a YouTube or Loom thumbnail, an Open-Graph image on the linked page, or a type icon as a fallback.
Adding assets
Add an asset through the Google Drive picker or by pasting a URL. Drive folders also show a "last refreshed" timestamp so you know how current the folder's contents are.
Add to room
From the room editor, you can pick a library asset and instantiate it as a module in the room. The picker uses the same by-type grouping, thumbnails, and descriptions as the library page, so choosing the right asset feels the same wherever you are.
Who can edit
Browsing the library is open to any seller. Adding, editing, and deleting assets is admin-only — writes are restricted to workspace admins.
