Workspace metrics
The analytics view summarizes buyer engagement across the whole workspace for the last 30 days. The headline metrics are:
- Total events — all buyer engagement events recorded.
- Room views — how many times rooms were opened.
- Unique visitors — distinct buyers who engaged.
- Engaged rooms — rooms that recorded real buyer activity.
Engagement over time and breakdowns
An engagement-over-time chart plots activity across the period so you can read momentum at a glance. An event breakdown shows the mix of activity types behind the totals.
Top rooms by engagement
A ranked list of your most-engaged rooms. Each row carries the context you need to decide where to spend time:
- Deal value.
- Event count.
- Unique visitors.
- A sparkline showing the room's engagement trend.
- Recency of the last activity.
Per-room drill-down
From any room you can open its own analytics view to see engagement for that single room in detail, rather than the workspace rollup.
Buyer-only filtering
Analytics counts buyer activity only. Internal and seller-side views — including your own previews — are excluded, so the numbers reflect genuine buyer interest rather than your own time in the room.
Write-back to Attio
Engagement does not live only in Foyai. For deal-linked rooms, engagement is written back to the linked Attio deal as custom attributes, so the deal record itself reflects how the buyer is interacting with the room.
